CAGLIPLAST Srl was established in 1986 at the dawn of a peculiar moment, when on the one hand, as a consequence of the economic boom years, the demand for household waste management solutions had grown exponentially, and on the other hand, there was an initial realisation of how important waste disposal was within the city context.

Right from the start we focused on a clearly defined core business: producing garbage bags. Since then, we have increased and consolidated our experience in the industry, using both virgin and regenerated plastics (HDPE, MDPE, LDPE) for our processes.

Our strengths have always been innovation, constant investment in the best components for the development of new products, and the continuous attainment of important certifications by accredited institutes.

The Team

We are a team of over 50 highly qualified people, working in a factory of 18,000 square meters, 10,000 of which are covered. We are continuing to acquire storage space for raw materials, semi-finished products, and goods ready to be shipped

Advanced Technologies

We have state-of-the-art machinery and technology at our disposal, to manage the entire production cycle in-house, which, in terms of volumes, reaches an approximate total of more than 10,000 tonnes of extruded and cut polyethylene each year. The know-how we have acquired over the decades has led us to elevate our mission, prompting us to diversify our range, which now ranges from traditional plastic waste bags to biodegradable and recycling bags, with many variations in terms of characteristics and dimensions, all with a very high degree of customization

Ecology and Innovation

We pay particular attention to the ecological aspect. In fact, our expertise in the processing of recycled materials currently allows us to manufacture 100% of our items with regenerated material and to be able to obtain products even with very low thickness (and very high strength!)
